Terrible lecturer, but a very approachable professor. Provides excellent explanations 1 on 1, but during lecture she is very monotone, quiet and simply reads off the slides. Tests are tricky as always with biology. Would not recommend taking her.

I took her for MCDB 1A over the summer - which is a lot of information over a short amount of time. She talked quickly and quietly, making it hard to understand her. Most of her lectures were slides of pictures taken from the book. Book is necessary, CLAS is necessary, lecture isn't. If you take her, get ready to teach yourself everything.

Her lecture sucked. But in terms of doing well in her class, it is actually quite easy. Just read the book. Every single question on her test comes from the book. Also, iI do not recommend Clas for her class. It was not helpful.

Professor George isn't a very good lecturer, however, when asking questions one on one she is exceedingly helpful. She has a lot of knowledge, I just think she needs more practice lecturing to a large audience. Go to lecture because she repeats things that will be on the exam.
