She was a great lecturer. But she made us memorize things we should know and spit them out on the exam. She believed we should have definitions and concepts memorized word for word on the exams. We had one midterm, one group project, and one final. Only one student recieved an A on the midterm. I just dont think her grading was fair in any way.

She is awesome and easy to relate to since she herself was a transfer student. Definitely someone who you want to keep in contact with - network. There is a bit of reading and writing assignments based off the readings. Participate in class, it's boring in class when no one bothers to discuss their viewpoints or thoughts. I beg you to talk.

Veronica is so cheery and happy. She sincerely cares about her students and what is going on in their lives and how they are doing/feeling. She is quick to respond to emails, even if you're just asking about general advice. She has taken her life experiences and turned them into life lessons for her students, that is such a special gift.

This was the perfect class and the perfect professor for new transfer students. I took it in the summer, and every week we toured or discussed the resources available to incoming transfers. By the end of the class I felt, and many of the class also felt that we really knew what to do and where to go. It was exactly the reason I came for summer.

Veronica was a great instructor, all of the assignments she gave were relevant to the class and the discussions helped us expand and share ideas. I feel more confident transitioning to a 4-year university after taking her class. She was a transfer student herself a few years ago, so she knows what she's talking about

She's absolutely terrible. She makes your life miserable. Fematt thinks that she is the only person that is busy... She thinks undergrads have it super easy, and that they are not good scholars. She's a graduate student who thinks she is the end all be all. She's cocky and looking to wreck you, grading-wise.
