super funny guy- always a laugh in lecture. great accent too! kinda fast but posted lecture slides online. midterm, paper, and cumulative final. very entertaining- I loved everything about this class except for my TA who was a SUPER HARD grader (used a GPA grading scale??) would definitely take again- one of my all time favorite teachers!

he's a good lecturer! quirky sense of humor and tries to entertain the class. the material is great for an intro class, and the tests are really fair - just make sure to review the slides well!

Winterbottom is an excellent lecturer. He explains ethical philosophy very clearly and is very good about answering questions in lecture. He reviews concepts several times and buttresses it with a good amount of examples. The book is "mandatory" but I did just fine without ever opening it. Lectures are 75 minutes long, so do your best to stay away!

Great Professor. Clear and precise. Keeps the lectures interesting by cracking a joke every now and then. The lectures were interesting too. Truly enjoyed reading the articles that were assigned.

His class feels "easy" only because he is one of the few professors who still actually teaches. Very funny and animated! I enjoy taking his classes

FUNNY/ENTERTAINING PROFESSOR. This class is honestly not hard. Don't do the readings just skim the examples/cases before midterm. There is 1 midterm, 1 paper and a final (optional due to events in IV). Midterm is easy just memorize the theories and examples. Also he flips a coin after each lecture so 50/50 chance of having a quiz after each class.
