Amazing class. Made me considering Anthropology as a second major. Very interesting and challenging. He speaks in a very low voice so you have to really focus. One pop (really pop quiz two exams and one very doable project. I will definitively take another of his courses. Its interesting. Makes anthropology alive.

The class was interesting overall, but lectures were so pointless and boring. I learned everything from the reading because the professor talks quietly and is hard to understand. Tests were mostly off of the book materials; also there was one short paper that was simple.

He's a good professor overall. Interesting readings and films. He's a fair grader and is always available to discuss questions. My only issue is that he has quite a low speaking voice so it was kind of hard to hear sometimes but I really enjoyed both classes I took with him. Anth 134/135

Class was VERY easy. One midterm35%, one final 35%, movie reviews 15%, 2 pop quizzes 15%. Hands out a study guide, mostly on powerpoints which are posted online. Has a accent but is VERY nice and approachable. Learned a lot from the class, nothing too complex but broadens your understanding of national identity.
