MATH3A . 7 Years Ago

Dr. Speer is one of the most knowledgable professors I have known. I learned a lot from his class.

Approachable. Cares about his students. Wish he was still teaching at UCSB.

He is a very clear lecturer. Teaches you what you need to know and doesn't go on tangents about formality.

He is good and nice. Class is easy, and tests are easy too if you pay attation to the class. If you have any questions, just ask.

He is really NICE, and the class is EASY. He is very patient and the lectures are easy to understand. The tests are easy too, and only have one midterm and one final. Home work is online, and you can attempt many times as much as you can. Come to the classes, (skip one or two is OK) pay attation to what he teach, and you can get a GOOD grade!

Pointless class, watse of 50 minutes, except he goes over every homework question and gives you all the answers. Otherwise only put in effort the last day when we rated him. Obvious it was a waste of his time too.
