Washburn is really nice. If you put passion and really try to do something with what you are working on, it should be fine. She will help the best she can, and it is what got me an A for every work I have done with her. Art can be tough in some regards, but if you stand for it, then you can do it.

She's cool and helpful. I took her drawing class at sbcc and that class really brought me to another level. Not an easy class. but you will defi learn something. Totally worth it.

Stephanie really is an amazing teacher. She is tough though. I worked extremely hard to earn an A- in her class. I attended every single class, on time, and fully engaged. I participated in critiques as much as possible and always listened to her advice regarding my painting(s). She is great, but tough!!! Be ready to work HARD.

Strikes the perfect balance between being nice and encouraging for the sake of your development, and being firm and unforgiving because you're slacking off.

She's helpful, which is a relief. Not there to just stroke your ego and tell you how great you are like a lot of teachers. She's hard to read though and uses superlatives that threw me off. No middle ground here, either she's hot or she's icy cold.
