I was dreading having to fulfill the art requirement, but this class was great. There was no midterm or final, but four quizzes. She presents the material in an engaging way and it was pretty easy to follow
Enjoyed this class. Lectures were very interesting clear. There are weekly reading and homework for section but not difficult to do. Take good notes and go to lecture and you will do good on tests. She did an extra credit assignment of going to the beach and making a geoglyph. Midterm was a little tricky but doable.
She tried making section interesting and had her funny moments but also had some really odd moments where she was off in her little world, and the class would just stare at her. She was a pretty strict grader and I had difficulty trying to defend my midterm grade (I thought ARTHI was supposed to be subjective!). Anyways, she's alright but strict.
Even though she's young she is well prepared, she made this class interesting for me, her funny laugh always put a smile in my face (it's hilarious!). She's passionate about Peruvian cultures, she's pretty and connects more with the students compared to other older monotonous professors. Overall, she's a very good professor and person.
