most terrible prof at ucsb. makes tons of mistakes during class because he has no notes. Doesn't seem care about the class, missed 6/20 lectures the entire quarter, lectures are useless anyway. DON'T expect to learn anything from his class.

His teaching is simply awful and not sure whether he has already known the stuff or not. Looks like he is just reciting everything from memory.

Do not take ece 2c with YUE. YOU will regret it. To get an A you must do all the reading from the book prior to each lecture, start the homework the day it is handed out, and hope you have good TAs. Dont expect to learn anything in class. Exams are hard.. and he grades harder, seems like he wants you to fail.

Yue seems to be far more interested in his research than his teaching. Writes TINY on the board at light speed (and often continues teaching up to 15 minutes after class is over) - lectures are useless and hard to follow. Exams are pretty difficult. Instead of explaining one topic clearly, he teaches several topics quickly and poorly.

A nice guy who definitely tries to do a good job teaching but unfortunately doesn't succeed. His lectures are very difficult to learn from and the material is extremely difficult. If he didn't try and cram so much material into the course, slowed down the pace of his lectures and made the tests more straightforward he would be fine.

This class is awful! Average on the second midterm was below 40/100 in a class of over 30 students!!! Lectures are useless, book is useless, this guy shouldn't be teaching
