Class was more difficult than I thought. She's a good teacher, but make sure to read the book and be able to understand the homework problems before taking the exams

she isn't very clear in lecture, she makes it boring, too much homework. she grades the tests ridiculously, small deviations and you get docked. recommendation, if you have the time try it, but if you have more important classes to attend to which you probably will, drop it, its just a waste of time

Although this class was difficult, professor was always very helpful and approachable. It was also very useful that she encouraged alternative ways of looking at problems and not only relying on her explanation as being the only solution possible. All in all, excellent professor and I would highly recommend.

Easy A if you go to class. Material is not too hard. I don't see what everyone is complaining about...

Davie is the most god awful math professor I have had. Yes she is nice but that is irrelevant. All the lecture material is reguritated from the book and her tests seem easy but she docks so many points if your proof differs from hers even slightly. If you want to take a pure math class I recommend you avoid Davie like the plague.

Seems nice enough, but extremely unclear, LOADS of homework, and crazy tests. Pulled off an A- due to other students bombing and subsequent curve.
