Allan is amazing! This is a tough class but he makes it fun and he knows his material like nobodies business. I was blown away. Looked forward to every lecture. He really cares about his students and wants you to succeed but its no cake walk either. He loves participation and the whole class gets in on the action. Was sad the class ended. Take him

I had high hopes for Langdale, he seemed nice, his lectures were interesting & well laid out. However, as the course went on, harder topics were touched and the essay prompts were difficult to write on. By the time the final came, things escalated from the difficult to the asinine. Additionally, Langdale acted poorly in terms of DSP etiquette.

I've never had a worse teacher. He wants to make everything seem harder than it is and he wont ever tell you whats coming next. He takes roll but his lectures are useless. Talks the entire time. He's boring. Not clear or helpful at all. He's very rude! His final was 8 essay Q's which took the full 3 hrs. Don't take his class, it's not worth it!

He is my favorite professor, and really good looking. He has interesting lectures and jokes are included, encourages thinking outside of the lecture material. Uses lots of examples to entertain us. He's interested in getting to know his students. Too bad he only teaches summers.
