Gosh lecture was sooooo boring!! BUT labs/section was so much fun! We did pretty interesting labs so I would take this class just for that.

Interesting material made boring by extremely dry teacher.

The class was extremely boring! Not interesting, do not take oceanography! if you think it will be fun, it will not. I am an avid surfer and beach goer, however, this class bored me to death. Take another science and you will be more pleased!

her lectures were really dry...but dont let that stop you from taking this class. i learned so much cool stuff! just make sure to do your lab assignments correctly and you'll do fine

You MUST go to lectures because they are the only way you will get any information because the reading is unclear and sometimes pointless. She uses excessive powerpoint slides which sucks... I got a hand cramp in every class and often fell asleep. TA sections are super helpful though!

the class was challenging but I learned tons. Her lectures are a bit repetitive and boring, but if you pay attention she will drill the important concepts into your head. fair grades and everything on a curve.
