He was my instructor over the summer. Although this course is intentionally made difficult Kevin does a great job explaining the topics.

Perhaps the BEST TA in the university, and without a doubt the best TA in the econ department. Material is definitely not easy but he's more than willing to help and go out of his way to help you understand. If you take 10A and even if you aren't enrolled in Kevin's TA section, GO TO IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT
