I remember him telling us it was his first time teaching. I've graduated now and he's still one of my favorite TA's during my 4 years at ucsb. Psych 1 fall 06 was tolerable and educational thanks to him.

He kept it real. Really helps students try to learn from their mistakes. Emphasizes more than just multiple choice exams.

Loved the textbook

Great teacher, loves what he does and he is good at it! Very clear and organized lecture. Chu is definitely a great psych teacher I would love to take his class again.

Terrible. I fell asleep in one of his sections after one of his boring lectures. Didn't help that he had this really nasty hair due that hypnotized me...
