Hated this class. There was a ton of reading and the novels were not interesting. I didn't think the quality of the novels was very high. She is very nice but I would not recommend her

She's extremely nice and helpful. LOTS OF READING!! Definitely don't take the class if you can't read most of the material. However, I enjoyed the class and she graded fairly. Great professor!

Hated this class! She had no interest in our ideas or writing techniques; she only focused on grammar. 5 typos lowered your grade dramatically no matter how the paper. She gives you no time at all to write papers. She expects them done in a ridiculously short amount of time. I did horribly considering I love writing and I'm an English major.

This class was extremely helpful, she puts so much effort into really helping students improve their writing. The papers are long, but she helps all the way through and the class is easy to pass. She is so enthusiastic about teaching, the 2 hour class will fly by!

She's a great teacher. She truely wants to help her students get better at writing and is happy to spend extra time helping. Her papers are long and can be a drag to write, but she is very helpful through the whole process. I would recommend her class to anyone.

She takes up the entire 2 hours of the class. She really tries to improve writing skills including grammar. Sometimes she is unclear when it comes to the papers so read the rubrics! She is a hard grader and very picky. She is entertaining and nice. The class is hard to sit through at times.
