I love Carol!!! She's an amazing professor and makes the material easy to understand! Regardless of what I get in this class, I highly recommend her! Don't miss out on a great MCDB prof!!

I wouldn't say she is the greatest teacher in the world, but she definitely makes the material easy to learn. The material is very basic and easy to learn, and her tests are very straightforward and not too much critical thinking.

I love Vandenburg! She's one of my favorite professors at UCSB. She doesn't try to trick you at all; she just makes sure you know your material. The material is straight off the lecture slides, so you don't need the book. As long as you do her midterm review sheet, you should be in good shape for the exam.
