I wouldn't recommend taking Mark's classes unless you are really into art; it's not easy credits. He assigns a lot of homework and expects you to work hard all class. The materials list he gave us at the beginning of the semester was not very clear. Still, I am not sorry I took his class. The assignments have pushed me out of my comfort zone.

I LOVE MARK! He's hilariously funny.

Mark is great. I did not like his teaching method at first-he's so nonchalant and tended to not grade our first few projects. After having been in his class for the whole quarter, I now see why he did this. He grades our later work, once we know what we're doing. He's super funny, very helpful, and a dork, like we tend to be.

Mark is a complete dork. he graded us on how well we did "two for flinching" towards eachother. I totaly got him a few times, so he gave me an A-. he likes mango cake, so if you wan't an easy A, get it for him. If you don't want an easy A, eat it in front of him. Then tell him you can kill a tiger with a sword...

he's cute and funny. realy cool and down to earth. Mark is like one of us but he knows more, like he's been around longer, he wants us to make good art and totally helps out. He is pretty fair in grades, but has high expectations. cool guy, cool shirts
