I don't think this class can be considered a followup to 130A. I genuinely learned nothing about signals from this class, and I went to every class(because of lecture quizzes). Exam is way harder than any question you have ever seen regarding this class. I would avoid this professor because the whole exams are notorious tricks to solve problems.

The lectures will end up being completely unrelated. The course content is additionally very small compared to 130A, you will come out thinking you learned nothing in class. The homework also ends up being random MATLAB exercises or proofs on the cheat sheet. The only redeemable part of this class was the sections.

Always goes off on random tangents during the lectures, barely explains the content in a helpful way. Gives quizzes every discussion and almost every lecture. The homeworks are incredibly long and aren't very helpful for the exams either, often containing MATLAB and exercises to prove the theorems that are literally on the formula sheet.
