The sweetest woman ever. Very flexible, not a tough grader, and it seems like she wants you to succeed.

Super sweet and kind professor. Emphasizes that mistakes are okay during composition assignments, and has students submit them with corrections for a separate grade. Attendance is important and the class load is definitely manageable. Structured similarly to a high school class with grading based on multiple different categories. Would recommend!

I was a little worried taking Italian 2 in the fall after not using my Italian for the summer but professor Fiorina was amazing. The explanation of verbs and conjugations are clear and the expectations are well laid out. Would absolutely take again, just be engaged with the material!
