She is the best spanish teacher ever, she is very easy to understand and fun to be around, her office hours are very flexible, the exams are easy if you do your homework and read the readings. She would give you mate de coca if you go to her office, love her.

Span 3 is a necessity. So take Myriams class, she will get you through it. Plus she is a sweet lady, very nice.

great teacher and a great mother (i'm her daughter:) ), just dont get on her bad side or try her patience (she has very little). spends a lot of attention to detail and expects the best from her students. she loves teaching. i hope you guys enjoy her as a teacher

She is supppperrr nice! always willing to help and the class is easy. just keep up with the homework and workbook daily because the workload can build up and it's hard to do all at once.

I loved her class! She prompted me to keep studying the language and later study abroad in Mexico. So nice, kind, enthusiastic, patient and approachable!

Myriam is the best Spanish teacher...probably the best teacher I've ever had!! She is always willing to help, very enthusiastic about the subject matter and prepares you very well for the midterm and final. She truly knows her stuff and presents material very clearly.

Dr. Smith is a great professor. She is very organized and her cheerfulness makes the class lively and interesting. She encourages us to learn more about the Spanish/Hispanic cultures by attending events, movies, etc. Always very helpful and kind. Great teacher!
