No tests. 3 pop-quizzes (easy). 3 essays. Pushes back deadlines...awesome.
This professor is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had. His is the first class I ever liked at UCSB. He's a great guy, really sweet and helpful, and he's very chill. He'll help you with anything, and he urges students to call him anytime they need help or ideas. This class is also very interesting, and very discussion based. No tests!
He's very enthusiastic about his class and subject (globalization literature), but the subject matter was ridiculously simple. Really the class was not needed at all, if my grade didn't depend on my attendence to the class I would never have gone. It's like being in high school again, and not in a good way.
greatttt teacher!!! interesting topics and splits up essays into smaller summaries. doesnt require a lot of writing and very understanding and flexible. always happy and friendly too!
Very friendly and willing to help... I enjoyed this class and thot writing 2 would really SUCK, but it wasn't bad at all!
class was mediocre, not very entertaining, very repetative but not horrible
