Great class! Very straight forward, tests are incredibly fair. If you pay attention to the examples he gives in class and review the lecture slides you should do fine.

I just finished up EEMB 101 with him, and found the class to be thoroughly awesome. I thought he did a great job of balancing 'theoretical' material with current research topic - We spent a good deal of class time studying a couple papers on long term evolution experiments in E. coli - really fascinating stuff if you're into that sort of thing.
