Donnelly is one of my favorite professors by far. He's smart, caring, hilarious, and shows a genuine passion for your learning. He's definitely not easy, but if you go to lecture, do the reading, and try, it's a very do-able class.

There was not one day that Professor Donnelly didn't draw out laughter from his students while offering incredibly life-changing literary critique. His passion for literature really shows and draws you in to be interested in it as well. I never thought I'd love a class so much. Do the readings! They're all amazing (we read the Hunger Games).

Donnelly is such a nice man! He is quite funny and loves to talk about his material. He is dreamy and i love is kiwi accent!! I wish i could take another class with him next quarter! All full!? = (

He is a great professor, and is enthusiastic about the material. The required reading is on the heavier side but he's a fair grader on papers. Very helpful and his New Zealand accent is hot.
