Professor Reynolds is genuinely kind and so passionate about what he teaches which makes learning the material that much more enjoyable and interesting. He is someone with such an interesting life story and so many amazing stories from his field work. Definitely would recommend taking his class and talking to him about his career/interests.

Professor Reynolds is by far the best professor I've had at UCSB. He is so knowledgeable about Middle Eastern culture and his lectures are always interesting and informative. Very good professor who loves the subject he is teaching. There are also several extra credit opportunities. Definitely recommend this class to people if he is teaching!
