ECE147A . Teel A R 3 Months Ago

Professor Teel is amazing. Make sure to attend lectures and his office hours as they are very helpful- he is patient with re-explaining concepts and wants to make sure you understand the material. Start the homeworks early, they can be quite challenging and take a while to complete. Overall Teel has been great and he is also a really funny guy.

extremely clear and well-paced lectures. hw was tedious (bad numbers and unreasonable plots to draw by hand), which detracted from their ability to help you learn and practice concepts. past exams were similarly tedious, but he seems to be fixing that. labs were fun but reports took a long time. overall i learned a lot and enjoyed the class.

Great professor, and extremely organized class. But the slides can be vague and they don't explain concepts a whole lot. Easy to get high exam score by using past exams. One thing I didn't like was the homework's for this class because they are supposed to “nudge you in the right direction” but often don't. The homework's then become annoying.

Awesome Professor! He has a really good understanding of the material and can explain it really well. There's no need for textbook if go to lecture. The tests are hard but the class is curved.

Really solid teacher, with an extremely good understanding of the material. The HW and labs aren't too difficult. The tests are challenging, but the curve is nice. Great class with a great prof.
