CollegeSO MUCH EXTRA CREDIT! The EASIEST accounting professor ever. However, I feel like the lectures are ALL OVER THE PLACE and super disorganized. She relies HEAVILY ON AI and doesn't seem to care that barely anyone in class is paying attention. Weekly McGrawHill quizzes and TONS OF TEDIOUS HOMEWORK. Being honest, this ENTIRE course is SELF-STUDY!!!!!!!
Overall a pretty easy class to do well in because of the many extra credit opportunities. Although, sometimes it's difficult to focus in lectures because she moves pretty quickly. As long as you spend some time outside of class self-studying, you should do pretty well in the class.
The class is hard but Grover does a good job of using real world examples. If you put in the work it is very doable. My favorite thing about her is that she LOVES questions and will make you feel great about asking them. Out of all the classes ive taken at SB this is the one where i wanted to ask questions and interact the most. Very kind.
I went to less than half of the lectures (attendance was extra credit). The final is just like the practice questions/take home quizzes you do for HW throughout the quarter. Easy A.
Prof Grover comes unprepared to lecture and frequently googles questions when students ask about material. She truly cares about students, but she is unfortunately not fit to be a professor. Assigns very unproductive Mcgraw Hill connect homework that takes hours. I haven't learned new info from her. A lot of busy work and you won't learn anything.
Super smart lady, you get what you put into it.
