super easy, and interesting material. Point just for showing to section and another EC point for answering quiz right. EC assignments very easy. Midterms was easy if you read and know the lecture slides. finished the final within like 30min. Scheduled final 1 hour later so ppl could sleep more. all multiple choice Tests! take questions from review
This class is pretty interesting and super easy. theres a possibly 400 points in the class, you get 360 and you get the A. No curve, but midterm was super easy and there is a TON of extra credit. you get extra credit for attending section and passing an easy quiz, and you dont lose points if you dont go. Super easy A if you put a little effort
Dr. Tanimoto is the man. He's very clear and wants you to understand. Definitely not an easy class though. Homework is okay. MATLAB programs are somewhat difficult. Tests are moderate difficulty, but you are allowed 10 pages of notes! The book is SUPER DENSE mathematically and hard to read. He's highly regarded as a seismologist everywhere.
