    Evelyn is an amazing professor. She truly cares about her students and their well-being. I've taken her for German 3-6 and she's the most enthusiastic professor I've ever had. The midterms and finals have been more group-projects or group-related! And they're fun and easy.

    Best professor I've had at UCSB. Can tell she really cares about her students. Wish she taught more than just German because I would take those classes of hers too. Definitely recommend.

    Evelyn is an incredible professor. She makes learning a language fun and does a great job of using non-traditional methods to make the class changing. Take German and get her for every class possible.

    Evelyn is absolutely amazing. if you have the chance to take her it is absolutely worth it. All of the German Department at UCSB is phenomenal!
