CollegeAMAZING professor that you CANNOT miss in UCSB. Very clear in lecture, very helpful in homework and exams. Also he is caring about students and gives many directions in physics career. The world best professor from my view.
Really Nice Professor!
Very funny and energetic man. He covers a lot of material in a short amount of time, but it is still understandable.
I love that he wants people to ask questions no matter how "stupid" you think the question may be. He just wants students to engage and enjoy how awesome math and physics are which I think makes his lectures very fun. He creates a very comfortable learning environment.
He is the goat. I had him for a few other classes (PHYS8, INT86VW), and he always ensured he knew what he was talking about, unlike other professors. He can always provide a good answer to your question, and he encourages you to ask questions. He also gives good academic advice and will help you steer in the right direction.
he loves calling satisfying equations “cute”
