CollegeEasily one of the most caring professors at UCSB; e.g. he regularly responds to emails, ON WEEKENDS, at 11 PM. If you have a chance to take this class with Dr. Carter, please do. He was with me every step of the way during my study design process and always made himself available for Zoom appointments. Zero regrets!
Dr. Carter is one of the best professors I have had at UCSB. He truly wants his students to succeed and is very passionate about teaching. If you have the chance to take his class, do it! You won't regret it. Clear grading, his canvas is so organized and he's super accesible outside of class. One of the best professors for sure!
I took PSY 105 with Delwin and it was amazing! He is very caring, open-minded and approachable. This has been my favorite psych class so far as I have learned a lot. Readings aren't hard, but they are sometimes long. (Pro tip: Just take notes on the abstract and the conclusion/discussion section of the academic article.)
