CollegeThis was an INT one credit course called money talks, so it was easier than an act. Peer teachers ran it mainly but he gave extra input that was so helpful and gave his own experience. Gave great finance advice and open to beginners. Final interview/writing and reflection assignments throughout the course. Will def look back at notes in future
Professor Afifi was awesome!! Loved him and this class. He is super knowledgable and clearly is very invested in his work. The class is pretty hard, so be ready to but in the work. The only things grades were the 2 midterms, essay test, and final. Study the lecture notes for the tests and you will do good. He also curves the tests which was helpful
Afifi is clearly passionate about what he teaches, his lectures were very well structured and kept students engaged however the content on exams was based on lectures, videos, and readings so be sure to STUDY ALL MATERIALS. He didn't round or provide extra credit when I took his course if you need to make the Comm GPA req, be mindful of his grading
Really nice and knowledgeable but I wouldn't take his class if you like structure. No study guides provided for tests and anything he says verbally (not on slides) during lecture will probably be on the tests… and he talks fast. This class is harder than it should be, but it's obvious he is a very passionate teacher if thats important to you!
Easy class. Not very interesting. He sure likes himself.
He is very hot. And I enjoyed his class- partly because he is really hot. Two thumbs up. Tests were challenging, but in a good way. Just study and you will do well.
