One of the greatest professors! She is so passionate, caring, super nice, encouraging, and puts in so much effort to ensure that her students are learning. She does a bunch of fun engaging activities. There are lots of small assignments, quizzes, and attendance matters! Easy A, as long you turn in your work on time and go to class.

The class is an easy pass as long as you attend and do the required assignments. 원아 선상님 also tries her best to give you opportunities to receive extra credit, and she's also really accessible so try going to her office hours.

Amazing professor. The only way you don't get an A in this class is if you intentionally skip class. Even then, she offers extra credit that can boost your grade up to 5%. 원아 선생님 was extremely kind and accessible throughout the entire course. Go to her office hours!

I love Wona sunsangnim. She truly cares about helping her students learn and organizes many in-class activities to do so. Be ready to have homework every night, but her grading criteria is very clear and she is very accessible by email. You also don't need to go to office hours to ask questions because she often fosters kittens and you can say hi.

The class moves really fast, however, it is easy to pass as long as you show up and do your homework. She makes it so that your grade is not overly weighted on tests but rather on participation and homework. Do not take the summer session if you have no prior knowledge of Korean or at least be willing to put in effort at the beginning to catch up.

i took the full two year Korean series with her and it was such a great experience, if you can take this class i highly highly recommend!! second year is more work and it moves quickly, so don't underestimate the effort it will take to get a higher grade, but its 100% worth it. she sometimes brings her adorable foster kittens to office hours
