CollegeSuch a good professor, we had really nice conversations during the office hours. She is kind and helpful, and the course content is also fun.
Professor Hirsch has to be my favorite prof so far. I was scared taking an 8am writing class but she made it so interesting and kept her students engaged. She assigns a good amount of readings a week but they're very quick reads and really interesting. Her feedback is amazing and wants nothing but the best for her students, definitely recommend.
she was so nice, sweet, and caring. honestly one of the best professors here to take for writing. she even gave out lolipops one time! but there are three essays for the course, first being 3 pages, 4 pages, and then 4 or 5 pages depending on you. you do have to attend the lectures but shes so wonderful!!
Prof Hirsch is amazing and so supportive. She gives extremely supportive feedback and genuinely cares about your progress as a writer. I loved this class!
literally the sweetest and I felt so bad when others wouldn't participate because she really cares and is passionate. class overall is pretty chill/ easy with not much readings and there is always enough time to finish the papers
Professor Hirsch was approachable and understanding. She uses a variety of different writers, novels and movies in her classes. Lectures also included fundamentals of writing and gave in depth feedback. The Final grade consists of three essays, writing responses, and class participation. Overall, my writing improved drastically!
