EEMB158 . 11 Months Ago

Ok honestly, this class was manageable because the final ended up being super easy and there was a curve, BUT the midterm was graded ridiculously harsh! She doesn't respond to emails and I felt like the whole class was based on her own research. I guess it's an easy (ish) A for EEMB but not really worth it.

EEMB158 . 3 Years Ago

Course material was not very difficult, but the lectures were boring and hard to understand, mostly due to very poor audio quality. Midterm and quiz grades were not input until THE DAY BEFORE THE FINAL, and my course grade was incorrectly entered an entire letter grade lower on GOLD, which had to be corrected. I'd avoid this class.

EEMB158 . 3 Years Ago

Used pre-recorded lectures that have horrible audio making it really difficult to focus on the material - concepts seem fine but the material to know is ambiguous. A nice person but not the best lecturer. Only attendance necessary was section which was nice.

Course concepts are interesting but the prof induced way too much stress. We didn't receive grades for midterm 1 until the end of finals week and she inputted many final grades incorrectly. She grades harshly and lectures poorly. Hardly emails or reaches out to students and shows little interest in teaching. I'd recommend avoiding the headache
