CollegeShe is a nice person but this class is useless and really just a waste of time. All the work is busy work, the class moves very slowly, and even though it's easy to get done it's so boring. it has nothing to do with the education profession. it barley has anything to do with writing either, she really just rambles about nothing.
She does this interesting grading contract that helps students be graded by their change of writing and effort (something like that). She really tries to be engaging and involved and Is sweet!
Lectures felt a bit slow, but that was probably because they met at 5pm… overall she was good, you're essentially guaranteed a B if you complete all assignments and anything higher is determined by the actual quality of your papers. Learned a lot about rhetoric and persuasion and I liked that we got to choose our topic for the second project.
Such a kind, caring, and compassionate person! 3 projects that all tie in with each other, weekly reading and writing reflections.. typical workload for a Writing 2 course. Made it eminent to try and connect and help us all to the best of her ability. Genuinely wants us to succeed. Nit-picky with grading sometimes. Overall solid prof.
loved Dr. Warwick she was so inspirational and kind, cares about her students a lot and really wants the best for us! definitely take her course if you can
Professor Warwick is an awesome instructor in writing course. She is very caring and accessible and always gives inspirational advice. The grading is also not very strict as long as you put in some efforts in completing the two projects throughout the quarter. I believe her workload is much lighter than other writing professors. Highly recommend.
