Class was easy there are no deadlines. Only one essay worked on through the quarter. Attendance is mandatory and she uses iclicker to verify. But you can use the zoom link and iclicker from home. The only problem is the uncertainty with the TA you will get. I had bad luck and got a harsh grading TA which gave me a B and never responded to messages.

Very easy class based on 3 assignments. Zoom option for all lecture & iClicker for participation. A bit disappointed the only assignments revolved around an op-ed which made me feel disconnected from the course. I wish we had worked with course material more but the flexibility of the course was nice.

Extremely kind and passionate professor. Interesting lectures and good organization and lecturing. Class was very easy and basically entirely based on one 1000 word essay due at the end. Learned a lot and super interesting stuff that affects us all about the food we eat. Some cool guest lecturers

Easy attendance. Lectures are both on zoom and in person. There are only 3 assignments, one for a paper abstract and planning, two for reading 5 source materials and analyze, three for final paper-10 pages or equivalent. Final paper's topic is very flexible. Easy full mark on assignments. Also, quizzes can repeat until you get full marks.
