Lectures are extremely unengaging. He posts them online but he literally puts paragraphs on slides. It is not a great environment. he got mad because people arent showing up to class even though the slides are so text heavy you cant even take notes.

Good GE to take. Emilio is very understanding and gives excellent feedback. Very nice and if you attend lecture and do a majority of the readings youll be fine. If youve taken Greek myth youll also be pretty well off since you read a lot of the same texts. Nice guy also and tries to keep lecture from being boring

Quizzes are quite easy and the material is well discussed and analyzed in lecture. However he does grade a bit tough on essays!
