Went to 2 lectures and got an A on the midterm so I highly recomend this class if you want 4 units and dont want to write a paper or go to class.

The class is difficult because the midterm and final combined make up 90% of the grade. It's hard to get a good grade in this class... a lot of reading.

awful professor. she blabs on and on and on and the lectures are pointless I don't even go anymore. Her tests are multiple choice but they are super hard and subjective. The reading is easy but the class overall sucks. don't take it unless you have to. she's an idiot

ughhhh she is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! so boring.. she mumbles and her hair is distracting! her lectures are lame and so is she!

Her hair...it's everywhere, like that Dashboard Confessional song. You know, the one...Screaming Infidelities? The slides are my favorite part, because I finally get the chance to distract myself from her mumbling voice. Videos you think would be great, right? No. They are usually about some far fetched culture which we have never heard of and probably doesn't even exist. We will be tested on it and that's all that matters. Avoid this class at all costs, unless you want to spend your days suffering.

She may be weird but nice after class, exams are easy, at times very boring.. and yes always talks about her passion BALI...

lectures are okay. readings are interesting. but exams are hard and too sketchy (too many answers sound possible) which will hugely affect overall grade.

This woman is crazy. She blabs on and on about her obsession with Bali, can barely distinguish circles from squres. Just read the book, skip her crazy lectures and movies. Actually, don't take the class at all.

confusing, unorganized, sketchy tests. very nice outside of class though.

Confusing lectures, has a "cold" way about her teaching, not as bad outside of class but still not easy to understand what she means.

Do not take any class this woman teaches!
