She is a great professor. Contract grading is awesome and you can get a good grade if you show your efforts. Her writing classes are highly recommended.

This class was very helpful, I feel like I learned so much and the grading system is so helpful because as long as you do the work and try your best you get a good grade. Which helps you focus more on your writing instead of what grade you will receive. I recommend everyone takes this class and get WRT2 class as well! Loved her.

Prof Saur is an absolute gem! Her prompts were so good and you can choose to write about something that you are interested in. The course load wasnt too difficult, there is 250 word blog each week, two papers, and a reflection letter. I highly recommend Beth! She really makes you enjoy writing and gives great feedback :)

Professor Saur is literally the best writing teacher! She cares a lot about the students. The lectures aren't really mandatory, but I recommend showing up because it is helpful. The group meetings aren't mandatory either but you do get graded if you show up and do the work. She grades fairly easily too.

Professor Saur really makes you enjoy writing. With her, you will be able to write amazing pieces that you've never written before. She's truly the light in the darkness of online classes. Oh yea, she's such a great friend as well, who always smiles, encourages you, and believes in your potential as a writer, even if you are not sexy.

Beth is seriously the nicest professor I have had in my three years. She is incredibly caring about every single student and really makes the gesture to reach out and check in with everyone to make sure we're all on the same page. Beth is really accommodating for the online situation. You will not regret taking a class with her, she is lovely.

Prof Saur is the best! She is so cool and really cares about her students. She was very flexible and understanding, and goes out of her way to be a resource for students. Workload was very doable, and she provides a lot of helpful feedback before and after the deadlines. I would love to take her again!
