We have long predicted radical economic and social transformation given the introduction of ostensibly "intelligent" technologies into the world of work. Using this doctoral seminar, we assess these claims so that we can do more useful research. Focusing on work means we consider analysis from a wide range of disciplines and sources, ranging from economics, organization studies, sociology, human-computer/robot interaction, ethics, law, political science, corporate/public research and beyond.
